First Things First: The Basic Navigation
We carefully streamlined the list to 200 products down to just 80 products by creating clear variations which made finding products easy. We made sure the website highlighted top products and ensuring visitors easily understood each resource’s purpose and capabilities. We structured a sitemap of how the pages connect and how the user would flow between them.
Creating Content That Resonates
Before diving into design, we prioritized organizing the website content to ensure visitors grasped the business offerings within the first 10 seconds and easily found answers to their questions. User research revealed confusion about product usage, so we incorporated clear guidance on how to use it, emphasizing its simplicity and ease of use.
Establishing Style Consistency
We began by understanding the brand’s unique voice and visual elements, including typography, color palette, logo usage, and imagery. With these foundational elements established, we create guidelines that outline best practices for applying these elements across various mediums, from print to digital.
Our style guides empower your team to create visually appealing and consistent content, reinforcing brand recognition and trust among their audience.
Finalizing Design
For this project, our goal was to evoke the feeling of strolling through a museum, immersed in history, while users explored the product and its advantages. By utilizing content wireframing and the style guide from earlier steps, we ensured design consistency and created an intuitive website experience for visitors.
The Results
By concentrating on providing visitors with easy and hassle-free access to the information they sought, we significantly improved the website’s navigation and clarity of product understanding. As a result, the overall conversion rate increased by 20%, and revenue saw a remarkable 70% growth.
